Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Web Frame website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.
2. Services
Web Frame provides website design, development, hosting management, maintenance, and related digital services. Services are provided based on the plan and scope agreed upon at the time of purchase or in writing. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or a separate agreement.
3. Payments and Fees
Clients are required to pay a one time activation fee and ongoing subscription fees, billed either monthly or yearly depending on the selected plan.
The activation fee is non refundable once work begins.
Recurring subscription payments are subject to a minimum contract term of one year. If a client cancels before the end of the contracted term, a refund of fifty percent of the remaining unused subscription period may be issued. Refunds are calculated based on the remaining time in the contract and do not include the activation fee.
Failure to submit payment on time may result in paused services, restricted access, or delayed updates until the account is brought current.
4. Hosting and Domains
Web Frame manages website hosting as part of its service offerings. Clients are billed directly by Web Frame for hosting related services.
If a client does not already own a domain name, Web Frame may assist with obtaining one. Domain ownership ultimately belongs to the client. Web Frame is not responsible for domain availability, expiration, or issues caused by third party domain registrars.
5. Maintenance, Support, and Revisions
Maintenance and support are included within the client’s selected plan and subject to the minimum one year contract term.
Monthly revision time is included as follows:
-
Basic plans include up to thirty minutes per month
-
Standard plans include up to one hour per month
-
Premium plans include up to two hours per month
Unused revision time does not roll over to future months.
Any work exceeding the included monthly revision time is billed at thirty dollars per hour unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Project Approval
A project is considered approved and complete once Web Frame and the client mutually agree that the agreed scope has been fulfilled. Any changes requested after approval may be treated as new work and billed separately.
7. Timelines
All project timelines and delivery dates are estimates only. Web Frame is not responsible for delays caused by client feedback timelines, content delivery delays, third party services, or circumstances outside of our control.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, lawful, and properly licensed content for use on their website. Web Frame is not responsible for issues arising from client provided content, including copyright violations or inaccuracies.
9. Limitation of Liability
Web Frame is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. We are not responsible for downtime, service interruptions, or errors caused by third party platforms, hosting providers, or external services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the agreed contract terms. Any work completed and services rendered up to the termination date remain billable.
11. Changes to Terms
Web Frame reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
